Great experience. Very thorough with their inspection of my car, gave me the answers I was looking for. Prices were fair. They even found a way to save me money on the repairs. I've worked in the guest service world for nearly 15 years, Allen's Automotive guest service is the best I've encountered.

Allen’s automotive is a great place. They don’t take advantage of you and they’re very fair. I called four different shops for a quote for a simple alignment and believe that I was quoted drastically over market price. Allens was completely affordable and fair. This was towards the end of the day and I had had issues with a flat tire and definitely needed an alignment. Even though it was close to closing, they took the time to realize I needed to help and let me come in I was the last person there and they were waiting for the shop to Close up while waiting on my truck what amazing empathy and a great way to make a strong business relationship. I will recommend Allen’s to anybody that I come in contact with that needs automotive care.
